Mr. Eskald has extensive experience in the negotiation and litigation of personal injury, family law, business law and real estate matters. He has been successfully representing the legal needs of clients since 1982. After 25 years of legal experience, Mr. Eskald is putting his legal knowledge to work for you as a highly-skilled mediator.

As a legal mediator, James L. Eskald acts as a neutral and does not represent either party as their lawyer. He actively engages the parties and assists them in the pursuit of a mediated resolution to their legal conflict. Mr. Eskald is an active mediator who is candid in his assessment of each case. Mr. Eskald's mediation style places parties in a better position to resolve disputes without the time and cost of litigation.
An Experienced Mediator and Arbitrator
Mr. Eskald has considerable experience as a mediator and arbitrator. He is a Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Supreme Court Certified Circuit Family Law Mediator. Mr. Eskald is on the Sixth Judicial District list of approved court-paid mediators. He is also on the list of approved mediators for the federal district court for the Middle District of Florida. Mr. Eskald serves on the board of directors for the Florida Academy of Professional Mediators and is a Better Business Bureau approved arbitrator.
